noon is the Middle East’s homegrown online marketplace, which allows shoppers to purchase their favourite fashion, electronics, beauty, home & baby products online.

Starting in 2017 with noon.com, the region’s homegrown e-commerce platform and leading online shopping destination, noon is now a digital ecosystem of products and services. One such service that noon wanted to promote was noon express, which meant items that are stored, packaged, and dispatched by noon. In other words, express shipping. 

Challenges

noon is a well known E-commerce platform in the Middle East, and is known to be one of the top spenders on influencer marketing in the region.

However, they had not been achieving the required results from their efforts. This was in part due to selection of influencers who did not engage with noon’s target audience. Noon wanted to change this, and engaged with Dmenta to ensure higher ROI on influencer marketing spends.

The Dmenta team performed extensive research across the Middle East region’s social influence network. 

They also recruited over 150 content creators to be at the forefront of the campaign. In addition to the recruitment of influencers, Dmenta did an in-depth audience analysis of each of these influencers to ensure they would get the desired results, and also managed to create all campaign materials ahead of time so that the coordination with the influencers was seamless.
